Get your ALP points as easy as 123! Scan <QR code> or log in to your ALP account and upload proof of purchase/ receipt to gain ALP points!
Once you are in ALP Loyalty Program App:
Step 1: Key in your mobile number and password
Step 2: Select <Reward>
Step 3: Select <Camera button> to take a picture of your receipt
Or if you are in ALP Website:
Step 1: Go to your ALP account and log in with Username (either Mobile Number, Member ID or NRIC) and your password
Step 2: Select <Upload Receipt Now>
Step 3: Snap photo of your receipt and click <Submit>

Online:
Step 1: Log in to your ALP account. Your total ALP points are always displayed at the account home page.
Step 2: Select <My Points Earned History> for your points earned record.
Yes. Accumulated ALP points will be forfeited after 24 months.
Online:
Step 1: Login to your ALP account
Step 2: Select "Redemption Catalogue" to redeem your choice of product(s)
Step 3: Ensure the accuracy of details, especially your mobile number.
During the ALP Loyalty Program update, only Touch 'n Go Reload PINs will be available in our redemption catalogue. Touch 'n Go Reload PINs are considered redeemed once issued and must be reloaded to wallet within three (3) months from the date of redemption.
Reload PINs will be received via SMS within 4 weeks from the redemption date. If it exceeds 4 weeks, please email info@abbottlifeplus.com
No. ALP points are not transferable.
No. One membership should be only owned by one member.
ALP Website Registration
You will receive an email notification with first time log in password and membership ID when you have registered as new ALP member at our official website www.abbottlifeplus.com
If you use ALP Loyalty Program App to register
A SMS notification will be sent to your mobile phone when you completed the membership registration.
